By downloading, installing, or using DivineGPT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DivineGPT, Inc. ("DivineGPT," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

DivineGPT provides an AI-powered Christian companion application that includes: • AI-powered scripture chat and theological Q&A • Daily devotionals and Verse of the Day • Bible and church history quizzes • Wisdom quotes from Christian history • Personal prayer journal • Church history explorer DivineGPT is designed to supplement — not replace — your relationship with your local church, pastor, and faith community. The App provides educational and devotional content and should not be treated as authoritative theological counsel for major life decisions.

To access certain features of DivineGPT, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.

You agree to use DivineGPT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App • Use the App to spread content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harmful • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App DivineGPT reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

DivineGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to your questions about scripture, theology, and church history. You acknowledge and agree that: • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions • DivineGPT's responses should not be treated as authoritative theological or pastoral counsel • For major spiritual decisions, we encourage you to consult with your pastor or spiritual director • DivineGPT does not represent any specific denomination or theological tradition • The App strives to present balanced, scripture-grounded perspectives We are committed to continuous improvement of our AI systems to provide the most accurate and helpful responses possible.

DivineGPT and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DivineGPT, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the App (such as prayer journal entries). By using the App, you grant DivineGPT a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Scripture quotations are used in accordance with applicable fair use principles and publisher permissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DivineGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. DivineGPT's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
